Massage is a tool to help your body heal. Whether it's from pain, stress or simply to calm your nervous system, the benefits of massage can be life changing. My goal is for us to work together to take care of your body and mind.

The goal of Swedish Massage is to simultaneously reduce pain and soothe your nervous system. It is an extremely therapeutic modality that uses long, connected strokes for a complete mind/body experience.
Elizabeth specializes in this STYLE of massage and will customize your session with your pressure preference and problem areas in mind
Hot Stones are often paired with Relaxation Massage. The smooth stones are heated and applied to each area of tension in a gliding motion. The heat from the stones penetrate your muscles(much like a heating pad) to make your massage more effective and relaxing.
This is also a popular choice in winter simply because the extra warmth feels amazing!
Deep Tissue massage is NOT synonymous with more pressure! Deep tissue techniques target muscles below those at the surface. During your session, Elizabeth may pause periodically to:
1)hold sustained pressure for a length of time(Trigger Point Therapy)
2) gently reposition your body to better access those deeper muscles
3) ask you to perform a muscle action(flex your bicep, for example)
These techniques will automatically be incorporated with your pressure preference in mind
